"Visible" metrics not visible

I have a set metric defined with several items in it. All items are configured as "Visible: item can be seen even when not earned", but in production I see only one item from this set that I have earned. I do not see remaining items.

Hi Marcin, are you using the Simulator or the API?

I don't use API. Metrics are not visible neither in simulator nor in production environment.
