Issue with avatars

I uploaded profile picture for myself, same did players in my game.
On the game site, instead of seeing their avatars, I see my avatar on players profiles.

I'm sorry to see you facing trouble with the platform, although I couldn't exactly understand the last part of your message. Can you explain what's going wrong exactly?

You are saying that

Does it mean your launched game, hosted at https://games.playlyfe.com/sit ? or do you have a custom integration using our API?

Sorry, I try to explain further.
Yes, I have game launched at .../sit.
From there I can go to teams and see other users profiles. When I go to someone's profile, the profile picture of the player is showing my avatar instead of that player.
I ask colleagues, they see the same issue: they see theit own avatar in place of everyone profile picture.
